Dispatch and Shipping Time

Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day after payment has cleared. We are using the best freight companies to deliver the products. Shipping times will be provided once the shipping charge has been calculated according to your location. 

Transit Insurance

During checkout, you can select an option to 'include transit insurance' which we strongly recommend.  If this option is not selected, the product/s will not be insured against loss or damage during transit. Although most carriers we use always prioritise safety and care, as part of their service there is always a certain unpredictability of unforeseen circumstances.

Gold Coast Ute Tool Boxes will help with an insurance claim if shipping 'include transit insurance' has been selected during checkout as well as

  • Photographic evidence to be emailed to goldcoastutetoolboxes@gmail.com indicating the damage to the item/s and we are notified by the purchaser of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the product/s.
  • We are notified by the purchaser at least 48 hours after the delivery date has passed and the product/s has not arrived. If this occurs, a Gold Coast Ute Tool Boxes customer service representative will make contact with the freight company as to the location of the product/s. If the product has been misplaced, Gold Coast Ute Tool Boxes will make the insurance claim on behalf of the customer.
